Ongoing service agreements can be canceled with a 30-day written notice. Project-based contracts include cancellation terms within each agreement.
Delivery Policy
Timelines are outlined in your service agreement. You’ll receive deliverables via cloud storage or project management platforms we use (e.g., Google Drive, One Drive, Asana, Notion).
Legal & Export Restrictions
Our services are only available to businesses and individuals legally allowed to engage in commercial activities within the United States and Canada. We do not offer services for industries restricted by Stripe or the card networks (e.g., gambling, adult content, etc.).
