DKI Restoration provides fire, water, and storm damage restoration to homeowners all across the Orange County area.
Since their inception, DKI has focused on providing service providers and clients opportunities and have established a reputation in the marketplace for high-quality property restoration services. DKI has expanded its offerings to its dedicated franchises, including education and training programs, cooperative buying opportunities, national events, corporate branding, marketing efforts, and much more.
The Problem
Although DKI has been in the restoration industry for many years, they understood their field had become crowded with competition. As new startups emerged and existing competitors grew. They knew that they weren’t showing up online in all the places they needed to be and could potentially lose business.
They came to us asking for a renewed web presence along with a targeted SEO approach. Their aims included driving more homeowners to their website through Google Search over time and turning them more effectively once they arrived on the website.
The solution
We started by creating a functional website in WordPress. We added necessary conversion items such as easy-to-use contact forms on all related pages. We also recognized that different users have very distinct needs when they land on the DKI Restoration website.
